We offer a 14-day refund window on the following one-time digital product purchases:
Due to the low price point and immediate digital access provided, the $7 Auto-Builder Kit trial charge is non-refundable.
Monthly memberships are billed for access to the current period. We do not refund partial months or past months of membership. However, you can cancel at any time and your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing period.
DFY services are non-refundable once onboarding has begun. Onboarding is considered to have begun at the point you are added to our shared Zoom workspace and active work has commenced on your account.
Because DFY work involves the immediate allocation of time, strategy, and resources specific to your business, we are unable to offer refunds at any stage after that point. We are fully committed to delivering results and will continue working with you for as long as it takes to get there; regardless of timeline.

Refund requests on one-time products made more than 14 days after the original purchase are generally not eligible. That said, if you have a unique situation, email us... we consider these case by case.
Any customer whose account has been flagged for violating our Terms of Service (for example, sharing login credentials, redistributing materials, or scraping content) is not eligible for a refund.
Refunds are requested by email. There's no form to fill out and no approval committee... just send us a note.

If you email us from a different address than the one used to order, we'll need to verify your identity before processing, which can add a day or two.
Once a refund is approved, it's processed within 5-10 business days back to the original payment method. The exact time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer.
You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated. If you don't see the refund on your statement after 10 business days, email us and we'll investigate.
If you have an issue with a charge on your card, please email us first at [email protected]. We typically resolve billing issues within 24-48 hours and refund eligible purchases without hassle.
Initiating a chargeback with your bank before contacting us often makes resolution slower, not faster, and may result in account closure and removal from our customer list. We'd much rather solve the problem directly.
