About Our Products

What exactly am I buying?+

Each product on this site is a digital training program and/or toolkit delivered entirely online. After purchase, you receive login credentials by email and can access the member area immediately to stream videos, download templates, and use the workflow files included with your specific purchase.

What's the difference between Auto-Builder Kit and Content Reactor?+

Auto-Builder Kit is a starter training focused on structuring and packaging a digital offer. It's designed for people who are earlier in the process and want a clear template-driven path to shipping their first product.

Content Reactor is a flagship toolkit for producing short-form video content at scale using AI-assisted workflows. It's for operators who want the production framework, prompt library, and workflow files to systematize content creation.

Do I need to be technical to use these?+

No. Our training is designed to be approachable for non-technical operators. The AI workflows in Content Reactor use consumer-grade tools with clear setup instructions. If you can follow a recipe, you can follow our materials.

How long do I have access?+

One-time purchases (Auto-Builder Kit full access and Content Reactor) include lifetime access to the version you purchased plus future updates to that product. The Academy Membership is a monthly subscription... your access continues as long as your subscription is active.

How soon can I access my purchase?+

Immediately. Access credentials are delivered by email within minutes of your successful payment. If you don't see them, check your spam folder or email [email protected] and we'll send them again.

Billing & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through Stripe. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Is this a subscription or a one-time purchase?+

It depends on the product. Auto-Builder Kit full access and Content Reactor are one-time purchases. The Auto-Builder $1 trial converts to the $7 full access charge after 7 days unless cancelled before the trial ends. The Academy Membership is a recurring monthly subscription. Billing terms are clearly displayed on each checkout page before you pay.

Will I be charged automatically after the $1 trial?+

Yes. The $1 Auto-Builder Kit trial converts to a $7 one-time charge for full access after 7 days unless you cancel during the trial period. You can cancel any time during the 7 days by emailing [email protected] or via your account dashboard. The $7 full access charge is eligible for a 14-day refund if you decide it's not for you.

What will appear on my credit card statement?+

Charges will appear as "ASSET ACADEMY" or "WISE EMPIRE LLC" depending on your card issuer's formatting. If you see a charge you don't recognize, contact us before disputing so we can help resolve it quickly.

How do I update my payment method?+

If you have an active Academy Membership, you can update your payment method from inside your member dashboard. For any other billing issues, email [email protected] and we'll help you sort it out.

Refunds & Cancellation

How do refunds work?+

We offer a 14-day refund window on one-time digital product purchases (Auto-Builder Kit full access and Content Reactor). To request a refund, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase from the email address used to order. The $1 Auto-Builder trial is non-refundable due to its low price point. How do I cancel a recurring membership?+

You can cancel your Academy Membership at any time from inside your member dashboard, or by emailing [email protected]. There are no cancellation fees and no contracts. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period.

Can I get a refund on past months of membership?+

Monthly memberships are billed for access to the current period. We don't refund partial months, but cancelling stops all future charges immediately. If there's a specific billing issue, email us and we'll look at it case by case.

What if I'm outside the 14-day window?+

Email us anyway. Outside the standard refund window we handle issues case by case based on the circumstances. We'd rather make things right than have an unhappy customer.

Results & Expectations

Do you make income claims or guarantees?+

No. We sell educational materials and software tools. Any results you achieve depend entirely on your own effort, background, market conditions, and execution. We make no guarantee of any specific business or financial outcome from using our products. See our Earnings Disclaimer for our full position.

Will your products work for my specific situation?+

Our products are designed for entrepreneurs building online digital offers. If you're in a very different business (for example, a local brick-and-mortar with no online component), some of the material may be less directly applicable. If you're unsure, email [email protected] with your situation and we'll give you an honest answer about whether it's a fit.

How much time will this take?+

Our training is self-paced and designed for people with other responsibilities. Most modules run 10-30 minutes. How much total time it takes you to implement depends on your starting point and how much of the material you want to use. We don't set deadlines.

How do I contact support?+

Email us anytime at [email protected]. We typically respond within one business day, Monday through Friday. For the fastest response, include your order number or the email address you used to purchase.

Do you offer one-on-one coaching or consulting?+

Not at this time. Our products are self-paced digital training programs. Academy Members get access to live group workshops, but we don't offer private coaching as a standalone service.

How can I check the status of an order?+

Your order confirmation email has your receipt and access details. If you can't find it, search your inbox for "Asset Academy" or email [email protected] and we'll look it up for you.

Where are you located?+

Asset Academy is operated by Wise Empire LLC, a Wyoming-registered LLC. Our operating team is based in North Hollywood, California. Support and all company communications go through [email protected].
